This client wanted a basement retreat complete with a bedroom, full bath, walk up bar, tv area and a kids play area. I also added a bench seat under the window for a kids storage but also doubles as a reading area and a built in shelf in the custom shower. Complete with marble floors, custom tile accents and berber carpet; this basement can take the place of the primary living area.
